Oregon H.B. 4077

Teen Dating Violence.

Defines teen dating violence; directs each school district board to adopt a policy regarding teen dating violence. Calls for the Oregon Domestic and Sexual Violence Services Fund to encourage and supports services, programs and curricula to educate and inform students in grades 7 through 12 about teen dating violence, to provide assistance to victims of teen dating violence and to prevent and reduce the incidence of teen dating violence and permits the Director of Human Services to provide funding for these services.
