Alabama Educator Code of Ethics

Adds section creating the Alabama Educator Code of Ethics. Identifies nine areas of standards of conduct, including teacher/student relationships, background checks and confidentiality of the content of student records and standardized tests. Requires educators to report a breach of one or more of the Standards in the Alabama Educator Code of Ethics as soon as possible, but no later than 60 days from the date the educator became aware of the alleged breach. Provides circumstances under which the state superintendent of education may revoke, suspend or refuse to issue a certificate, and establishes grounds that must serve as cause for disciplinary action.
