Early Literacy Assessment Tool
Requires the education department to issue request for proposals for the purchase of an early literacy assessment tool that teachers may use to obtain real-time assessments of the reading skill levels of K-3 students, and, based on the results, create intervention plans and materials. Describes requirements for the assessment software and procedures for using the assessment tool/software in districts and schools.
