Programs To Support Student Development

Establishes and amends requirements for school district boards relating to development and implementation of school safety plans, cooperation with law enforcement on certain matters if they occur at school grounds and functions, development and implementation of a student code of conduct, establishment of intervention and referral services at schools, application and approval of alternative education programs, guidelines for placement in home or out-of-school instruction for general education students, and reporting allegations of child abuse or neglect.
