Corporal Punishment

Relates to child protective services and corporal punishment by school personnel; clarifies within the child abuse and neglect statute that teachers, principals or other persons employed by a school board or employed in a school operated by the Commonwealth are prohibited from subjecting a student to corporal punishment.
