| Bullying Policies | |
| Amends state anti-bullying policy. Defines "attribute" an individual may be bullied for to include: race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, socioeconomic status, academic status, disability, gender, gender identity, physical appearance, health condition, or sexual orientation. Requires a school principal who receives a credible report or complaint of bullying to promptly investigate the complaint or report and make a record of the investigation and any action taken as a result of the investigation. Requires the board of directors of every school district to adopt policies to prevent bullying.
