Study of Earlier Kindergarten Entrance

Directs the department of education to conduct a survey of public school districts to determine the feasibility of enrolling children in public school kindergarten who attain five years of age on July 1, as opposed to September 1. Requires that a report of the findings be presented to the legislature by January 1, 2012.
