Conflict Resolution Reporting
Amends Tennessee code annotated, section 49-2-118. Present law requires the commissioner of education to randomly select five LEAs from each grand division and the LEAs must submit a report to the commissioner on or before November 1 of each year on the conflict resolution intervention programs implemented during the previous school year. This amendment requires the commissioner to require all LEAs to file a report with the commissioner each year regarding any conflict resolution intervention programs implemented during the previous school year. http://www.capitol.tn.gov/Bills/104/Chapter/PC0335.pdf
