Emergency Expulsion

Adopts rules concerning emergency expulsion of students. Ensures that the superintendent is able to immediately expel any student whose presence poses an immediate and continuing danger to self, other students, or school personnel or whose presence poses a continuing threat of substantial disruption of the educational process in order to preserve the health, safety and general welfare of students and staff at the School for the Deaf.
