Suspension/Expulsion Records

Gives school superintendents flexibility regarding the expunction of records of a student's suspension or expulsion from school; requires expunction when the condition in the preceding sentence exists and the school superintendent determines that the record is no longer needed to maintain safe and orderly schools or to adequately serve the child, and expunction is requested by the student's parent or guardian.
