Allegations Against Employees

Prohibits the issuance of an arrest warrant or criminal summons without written approval of the appropriate district attorney general to the parents or legal guardians of a child who allege that an employee of a local education agency (LEA), who had supervisory or disciplinary power over the child, engaged in conduct that harmed the child.
