Revises provisions governing bullying. (BDR 5-72)
Requires departments of juvenile services to inform juvenile courts and school districts of incidents of unlawful bullying or cyber-bullying. Requires courts to inform school districts of incidents of unlawful bullying or cyber-bullying.
