Arizona S.B. 1222

Sex Education/Sexual Conduct

Requires school districts to integrate into existing sex education curricula; relates to sexual conduct with a minor for pupils in grades 7 through 12; allows school districts to develop their own curricula relating to the instruction of laws relating to sexual conduct with a minor; requires the county attorney or Attorney General's office to review the legal accuracy of school district curriculum related to sexual conduct with a minor laws, at the request of a school district.
