DOE Compliance with Bullying, Cyberbullying and Harassment Policies
Requires the board of education to monitor the department of education's compliance with rules or statutes covering bullying, cyberbullying, or harassment and to establish reporting requirements for the department of education to report on the department's compliance with administrative rules or statutes governing bullying, cyberbullying, and harassment.
