Kindergarten Entrance

Allows exceptions to the kindergarten enrollment cut-off date (age 5 by August 1) unless the child will be 5 by Dec. 1 and can demonstrate, by means of developmental and readiness screening instruments approved by the superintendent of public instruction and administered by the school district, SUPERIOR ACADEMIC-TALENTS OR ABILITIES and social, and emotional readiness.
