School Age Children

Provides a student shall not be considered a drop- out or included in a school district's educational persistence ratio for accreditation purposes for being expelled for bringing a weapon to school, violent behavior or an act of violence; provides assistance to school districts as needed in adopting service-learning programs and projects; relates to investigation of alleged child abuse at a school or child care facility.
