Bullying Via Electronic Communications
Expands the definition of student discipline codes relating to harassment or bullying to include electronic communications. Defines as "Electronic" communications to include any verbal, textual or graphic communication of any kind effected, created or transmitted by the use of any electronic device, including, but not limited to, a computer, telephone, cellular telephone, text-messaging device and/or personal data assistance device. http://www.rilin.state.ri.us/PublicLaws/law08/law08102.htm
