Definition of sex offense

Chapter No.342, Includes in the definition of sex offense, as used in provisions relating to school employees, any offense against the laws of the United States which if committed or attempted in this State would have been punishable as crimes. Prohibits disclosure by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing of information other than information maintained for the public record. Relates to accreditation of teacher preparation programs. Related to special education certification.
