Relates to existing law relating to pupil expulsion and the right of the pupil or pupil's guardian to file an appeal and be provided with specified transcripts by the school district within 5 schooldays of the request. Requires the pupil's request for a copy of the written transcripts and supporting documents to be in writing and would require the school district to provide the pupil with the transcriptions, supporting documents, and records within 10 schooldays following the request.
