False Accusation of Sexual Assault

An act to amend Section 48900 of the Education Code, relating to pupil rights. Authorizes a principal or superintendent to suspend a student who knowingly made a false accusation to a school employee that another school employee has committed or attempted to commit a sexual assault against that pupil. Adds that a pupil may not be recommended for expulsion for this act.
