Health and Safety

Would require that school safety plans include policies and procedures for: (1) providing notice of threats of violence or harm to the subject of the threat; (2) disclosing certain information regarding a student's conduct; and (3) determining whether a given threat or conduct may be grounds for the suspension or expulsion of a student. This act would take effect upon passage.
