Anti-bullying

Relates to harassment, intimidation, and bullying of students in public schools; requires each school district to adopt a minimum revised model policy and procedure that prohibits harassment, intimidation and bullying; requires school districts to designate one person in the district as the primary contact for the policy; provides that the contact shall receive complaints and have responsibility for implementation of the policy.
