Failure to Disclose Sex Offense

Amends the Teacher Certification Article of the School Code. Includes as unprofessional conduct for which a certificate may be suspended the failure to disclose on an employment application a previous conviction for a sex offense or any other offense committed in any other state or against the laws of the United States that, if committed in Illinois, would be punishable as a sex offense. http://www.ilga.gov/legislation/94/SB/PDF/09400SB0859lv.pdf
