| Gang Resistance Education and Training | |
| Defines "gang resistance education and training" as instruction in conflict resolution, cultural sensitivity, personal goal setting and resisting peer pressure, when accompanied by a stated objective of reducing gang activity and educating K-12 students about the consequences of gang involvement. Provides that each district may make suitable provisions for instruction in gang resistance education and training in all grades and include such instruction in the courses of study regularly taught therein. Directs a district providing gang resistance education and training to collaborate with state and local law enforcement agencies.
