Anti-Bullying Policies
Allows superintendents and principals suspend pupils for student harassment, intimidation or bullying. Authorizes local boards to adopt rules related to student harassment, intimidation and bullying, to be included in the district discipline code. Bars students from committing any act of harassment, intimidation or bullying against another student. Defines "harassment, intimidation or bullying." Clarifies that an act of harassment, intimidation or bullying may also be committed through the use of a land line, car phone or wireless telephone or computer.
