Bullying Prevention and Policies

Relates to school safety; prohibits bullying and harassment; creates the Jeffrey Johnson Stand Up for All Students Act which prohibits bullying or harassment during education programs or activities, on school buses, or through use of data or computer software accessed through school computer systems; defines bullying as systematically and chronically inflicting physical hurt or psychological distress on one or more students; requires procedures as a prerequisite to receipt of school funds.
