Grounds for Disqualification from or Revocation of Teaching License

Requires the state board of educational examiners to disqualify an individual from obtaining a teaching license or revoke the teaching license of any individual who pleas guilty or is found guilty of "sexual exploitation by a school employee," regardless of the state or country in which the plea or finding was entered.
