Education Finance
Relates to reimburse rates under the Child Care and Development Services Act, revenue limits for school districts and county superintendents of schools for 2003-04 and 2004-05 fiscal years, school district's school building maintenance account, school district and charter school funding for supplemental instruction, community college fee increase, teacher's incentive programs, community college funding, mental health services for special education pupils.
