Cyber-bullying

Revises provisions governing safe and respectful learning environments in public schools to include a prohibition on bullying and cyber-bullying; requires the standards of content and performance for courses of study in computer education and technology established by the Council to Establish Academic Standards for Public Schools to include a policy for the ethical, safe and secure use of computers and other electronic devices; revises certain prohibited acts to specifically include cyber- bullying.
