Disclosure of Info from Juvenile Court to School

Provides for the disclosure of information of the misconduct of a minor (from juvenile court) to the administrative employee or trustee of a minor's school for the purpose of the suspension or expulsion of a minor if the court with jurisdiction over the minor's case finds that the court action involves matters which are relevant to the suspension or expulsion of the minor.
