Anti-Bullying

Amends rule addressing bullying. Provides that bullying behavior may include definitions provided in Section 53A-11a-101. Requires districts' anti-bullying policies to provide training and education specific to bullying based upon students' actual or perceived identities and conformance or failure to conform to stereotypes.
