Anti-Bullying Policies

Requires every school district to adopt an anti-bullying policy no later than September 1, 2007. Policies may not contain specific lists of protected classes of students. Policies must require district employees to report any instance of bullying of which the employee has firsthand knowledge and address training of employees in the requirements of the district policy.
