Tennessee S.B. 1215
Zero Tolerance Policies
Requires a local board of education to add to its zero tolerance policy the transmission by an electronic device of a credible threat to cause bodily injury or death to another student. Requires the reporting and punishment of such prohibited conduct by certain persons.
