ILSigned into law 06/2000Postsec.Public Act No. 91-832., Amends the Vehicle Code; provides that moneys in the Fire Fighters Memorial Fund shall, subject to appropriation by the General Assembly and approval by the Secretary, be used for maintaining the Fire Fighters Memorial, for holding an annual memorial commemoration, and for providing scholarships to children of fire fighters killed in the line of duty.

States legislative intent that the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education establish a loan repayment program for secondary level mathematics and science teachers. Provides for loan repayments not to exceed the average cost of resident tuition and fees for a three-year period to teachers who serve as mathematics or science teachers in a secondary level public school for a minimum of five years.
