Finance
General Fund Appropriation of $1.36 billion for safe school studies, classroom supplies ($5 million) and textbooks ($10 million).

Finance (Postsecondary)
General Fund Appropriation of $275.6.

Faculty
Through the general fund appropriation $12.9 million will go towards competitive salaries for faculty.

Financial Aid -- Scholarships
Through the general fund appropriation $38 million will be used to create a needs-based scholarship endowment, providing $2 milllion per year for students.

Community Colleges
Lower voter approval requirement for establishing community college districts from two-thirds to 60% if the vote is held in conjunction with general elections.

Establish a new community college district ($5 Million).

Economic/Workforce Development
Build new buildings for nursing education at Lew-Clark State College and the College of Southern Idaho ($37 million).

Education Research
Increase the Higher Education Research Council funding by $15 million for research projects that facilitate economic development.

Economic/Workforce Development
Provide $10.9 million for a collaborative effort between the dairy industry and the University of Idaho to establish dairy and animal research and education facility in Magic Valley.
