Provide an additional $25 million to regents institutions and $12.5 million to the community college system.
Tuition
Invest $5 million to create the All-Iowa Opportunity Scholarship what would allow students to cover up to $2,500 in tuition at an Iowa community college or up to $5,000 at any regents institution.
Financial Aid
Increase the amount of the Iowa Tuition Grant.
High School -- Transitions to Postsecondary
Create a statewide Senior Year Plus program that would allow every high school senior the chance to earn up to a year of college credit before they graduate from high school. |  |
