Increase parental involvement.

Finance (Postsecondary)
Invest $580 million for the University of Nebraska, community colleges and state colleges.

Financial Aid
Increase need-based aid by $1 million.

Tuition/Fees -- Prepaid/College Savings Plans
Increase the maximum annual tax deductible savings to $10,000 for parents who use the Nebraska College Savings Plan.
