High School -- Dropout Rates/Graduation Rates
Increase the compulsory attendance age from 16 to 18 to prevent dropouts.

Alternative Education
Expand alternative learning programs, including technical education, internships and night school to provide more learning opportunities.

High School -- Advanced Placement
Double the number of students who enroll in Project Running Start, a program that allows high school students to take college-level courses.

Economic/Workforce Development
Create a research and development tax credit to attract emerging industries.
