Early Learning -- Infant/Toddler
Ensure that each school district can offer early childhood education for every 3-year-old in the state.

This Kaiser Foundation will match up to $15 million invested by the state to expand Educare, an early childhood program targeted for disadvantaged and at-risk children, to bring the program to Oklahoma City.
High School -- Dropout/Graduation Rates
Within 5 years, the state should have the highest high school graduation rate in the country, by supporting tough legislation that ensures every Oklahoma teenager completes a high school education.
Teaching Quality -- Compensation
Reaffirm the state's commitment to teachers by providing a pay raise.
Teaching Quality -- Pensions
Shore up the teacher's retirement system to ensure its future viability.
Financial Aid -- Scholarships
Ensure that high school students who take a challenging curriculum, make good grades and stay out of trouble, the state will pay for their college education through the Oklahoma Promise scholarship program.
Finance (Postsecondary)
Secure a permanent, dedicated funding source for the Oklahoma Higher Learning Access Program or Oklahoma's Promise.
Economic/Workforce Development
Guarantee that the workforce has the necessary training to receive a Career Ready Certificate.
