Pre-Kindergarten
Invest $75 million to expand the Accountability Block Grant to move Pennsylvania closer to the goal of universal access to pre-kindergarten. The expansion will make pre-kindergarten avaialbel to more than 11,000 additional children next year.
Kindergarten
Add $25 million to the Accountability Block Grant to drive Pennsylvania closer to the goal of full-day kindergarten for every student.
Teaching Quality -- Compensation/Pensions
Develop a long-term solution to the state's pension problems.
High School -- Promising Schools
Invest $90 million in Classrooms for the Future to modernize high schools and prevent older students from dropping out of high school.
High School -- Graduation Requirements
Adopt graduation requirements for every student.
