Cut the CSAP achievement gap separating poor and minority students from more affluent white students in half from 30% to 15% in 10 years.

Technology -- Access/Equity
Keep the emerging technology gap from widening and leaving poor and rural students behind.

Accountability -- System Evaluation
Strengthen and streamline different accountability systems into one system providing meaningful data in a timely fashion.

Economic/Workforce Development
Create the Colorado Jobs Cabinet to align educational goals, economic development strategies and funding mechanism and gear them toward preparing a modern labor force.

Educational Attainment
Double the production of technical certificates and college degrees over 10 years.

Community Colleges
Strengthen community colleges especially in rural Colorado.

Finance (Postsecondary)
Increase per capita dollars directed to higher education.
