Provide comprehensive "fitness-grams" about vital health statistics to parents of every 4th grade student.
Financial Aid -- Scholarships
Create a STAR scholarship program that will provide free college tuition for SEED (Student Excellence Equals Degree) scholarship recipients who excel and graduate from the assoicate in arts program and want to pursue a bachelor's degree at a state four-year institution.
High School
Develop a Youth Challenge Program to provide re-entry education for students between 16 and 18 who have dropped out or been expelled from high school. |  |
