Opportunity Culture Initiative: Extending the Reach of Excellent Teachers and Building an Opportunity Culture for All - The authors of this report argue that even five consecutive years of the current efforts to increase teaching quality nationwide would leave most classrooms without an excellent teacher. However, the authors suggest that schools can ensure excellent teachers are in every classroom by �extending the reach� of excellent teachers to more students by redesigning jobs and using technology to make the best use of teachers� time.
