The Evolution of Indiana's School Accountability System - This Policy Brief provides an in-depth review of school accountability reforms in Indiana. It begins with a brief look into the origins of Indiana’s accountability efforts beginning with the “A+ Program” in 1987 and provides a detailed summary of the core components of Public Laws 146 and 221.
