High Standards Help Struggling Students - How will kids who are already struggling fare when the even more rigorous Common Core State Standards hit in 2014? Education Sector has an answer - they'll likely do better. Constance Clark and Peter Cookson Jr. looked carefully at what happened to students in states with high and low standards after No Child Left Behind kicked in.
