Great Jobs Great Lives - A survey of 30,000 college graduates found that if graduates remembered having a supportive professor, their odds of being engaged at work more than doubled, but only 14 percent of respondents reported having had that. Also, if their college experience included deep learning - a research project or internship - that would make work more engaging, but only 3 percent recalled having all six of the formative college experiences that indicate they had emotional support and deep learning.
