Indicators of School Crime and Safety: 2013 - The 16th in a series of annual publications on school crime and safety reports that from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011 there were 31 school-associated violent deaths, 25 homicides and 6 suicides. Between 1992 and 2012 victimization rates for students aged 12-18 generally declined at school and away; in 2012 a greater number of students reported being victimized at school than away.
