Making Better Decisions About Funding School Facilities MS Word - The condition of school facilities is declining nationwide. Many schools are old and in need of renovation. Student enrollment shifts, both growth and decline, have triggered a need for new school buildings and/or created a situation in which buildings are being used inefficiently.
