Document Number: 2374 Collaborative To Advance Social and Emotional Learning (CASEL) - CASEL's mission is to establish social and emotional learning (SEL) as an integral part of education from preschool through high school. Their goals are to: (1) advance the science of social and emotional learning; (2) translate scientific knowledge into effective school practices; (3) disseminate information about scientifically sound education strategies and practice; (4) enhance training so that educators effectively implement high-quality SEL programs; and (5) network and collaborate with scientists, educators, advocates, policymakers and interested citizens to increase coordination of SEL efforts....Related Issues Service-Learning |
