The State of E-Learning in the States - This report provides findings and observations from a National Governors Association (NGA) state survey conducted in 2000. According to the report, numerous issues emerged surrounding e-learning services (services provided by electronic technology), including reaching the digitally underserved more effectively, restructuring public postsecondary systems to eliminate duplication and assuring consumer protection and quality of content without stifling innovation.
